FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
WHERE CAN I BUY WHAT'SOUP?
From May until November, you can find What'soup in different Farmers Markets. Go to 'Farmers Market/2022 Season to check our schedule. You can also pre order (pickup option) specific flavors and family size soups through email@example.com.
Deliveries will return in November/2022 and then you will be able to place your order online.
ARE THE SOUPS GLUTEN FREE?
Usually the soups on the menu are gluten free. Although some recipes have either gluten in it or traces of products that contains gluten. In this case, you will find it listed on the ingredient list for each soup.
Also, all What'soup produucts are made in a comissary kitchen in which the ovens are shared with other businesses that use gluten products. Therefore, cross contamination is possible to happpen.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDERS?
Payments can be done by e-transfer to firstname.lastname@example.org or credit/debit card once you receive your invoice.
HOW AND WHEN CAN I PICK UP OR RECEIVE MY SOUPS?
Pick ups are done at the commissary kitchen in Port Coquitlam according to available day and time. Deliveries will return in November.
WHAT IS THE PORTION SIZE OF THE SOUPS?
All the soups are offered frozen in 16oz bags. We also offer a Family Size portion which is 1.5L or 3L. Family Size portions are available for pre order only through email@example.com
CAN I MICROWAVE MY SOUP IN THE CONTAINER IT COMES IN?
No. The bags are not microwavable.
HOW LONG DO THE SOUPS LAST IN THE FRIDGE?
You can keep your soups in the freezer for up to 3 months or in the fridge for up to 5 days. Do not refreeze your soups once thawed.
HOW MANY FLAVORS CAN I CHOOSE FROM?
Flavors change on a weekly basis and are listed on the tab "Orders" where you can choose the ones you want to try!
